Saturday, Feb.21 Contest Schedule at Wylie East HS
Wylie East Contest
7:30am: Band Hall Opens
7:45am: Students should have arrived and head to Aux Gym
8am-10:30am: Rehearsal
10:30am: Rehearsal Ends, Eat, Pack and load floor
11:40am: Inspection
12pm: Leave PHS
1pm: Arrive at Wylie East HS, Unload and check in
2pm: Body warm up
2:14pm: Equipment
2:21pm: Perform (Audience members should arrive 15mins in advance, NTCA is CASHLESS please use link below to purchase tickets)
4:30pm: Retreat
5pm: Go Eat and return to contest to watch and work as flop crew for LH)
7:07pm: LHHS Performs
7:30pm: Load bus and return to PHS
8:15pm: Arrive at PHS and Unload
