2007 Color Guard Officers
Introducing the 2007 J. J. Pearce Color Guard Officers!
Meet Our Captains -
Paige Barnett
Senior, Paige Barnett is in her third year with the Guard and is this years co-captain with Akea Pipkins. As captain,
Paige works closely with Ms. Butts and the other officers to help run rehearsals and plan social events. Outside of band,
Paige is actively involved in the accapella choir. Paige also helps Ms. Butts and Diunte clean work. Paige hopes to attend the University of Texas at Arlington.
Akea Pipkins
Akea is a senior colorguard member. She is entering her forth year in colorguard and her second year as captain. Akea
is co-captains with Paige Barnett. As captain, Akea works closely with Ms. Butts and the other officers to help run
rehearsals and plan social events. Also, Akea helps Ms. Butts clean work. Akea hopes to attend Baylor University in
Waco Texas.
Our Lieutenants -
Hayley Woodbury
Hayley is a senior at Pearce. She has been in the colorguard since her freshman year. As lieutenant,
Hayley helps keep the guard organized through organization. Also, she works with the other officers to
create a positive atmosphere during rehearsal and plans social events for the guard. Hayley hopes to attend
Texas A&M in College Station Texas.
