Pearce Area Band Club - Supporting the MIGHTY MUSTANG BAND

The Coca-Cola fund raiser is one of the two fundraisers that we will do this early Fall, other being The Taste Test Fundraiser. As we all know the school district cannot cover all band expenses throughout the year, just like any other organization within the school. So it is up to the students and parents to raise any additional funds possible during the school year.

The Coca-Cola fundraiser is simply selling Coca-Cola products by the case, case meaning bottles 24-12 ounce size, 24 bottles per case. There are a variety of flavors including Dasani water, flavor water, Powerade. The goal is for the MMB to sell 1800 cases; students are to sell 9 cases each by August 24th to meet this goal. The selling cost of each case is $20.00 which comes out to 83 cents per bottle; remember this is the 24 bottles x 12 oz. size. Students are to collect the money as they sell the product, checks to be payable to PABC or collect cash. Once cases are delivered to the school each band student will need to pick up cases sold and deliver them to the buyers. The delivery date is yet to be announced.
