NOTE: The information below is for the IN-STATE trip for SPRING 2009. It is left here to provide general information you might useful for an IN-STATE trip. For SPRING 2010, we are traveling OUT-OF-STATE to Carnegie Hall in New York City. Further information specific to the 2010 trip will be posted as we finalize the travel plans. Please check back near the end of the football season for any new information.

Meal Planner
Students will need to plan for the following meals while on the trip to Corpus

2-3 meals bought while traveling
2 breakfast meals prepared in the condo
2 lunches prepared in the condo (One at condo, one may need to be packed for competition)
1 dinner in the condo (Sunday)
Seniors - one less prepared meal because of Senior dinner (purchased Friday night) in Port Aransas

Senior Dinner It is a tradition at Pearce for the senior band students to eat a meal out while on the trip. This gives them the opportunity for one last special time together with their senior "band family".

Students are allowed to take personal cell phones on the trip. A phone number has been established in case you need to contact your student or his/her chaperone IN AN Emergency. Personal or non-emergency phone calls will not be accepted at this phone number. If you need to contact your student or chaperone for any reason other than an emergency please use their personal cell phone number or leave a message at The Dunes Condos, toll free 1-877-296-3863.
