9:00                               Call Time

9:15-10:30                    Rehearsal

10:30-11:15                  Change into uniform I Eat lunch

11:15-11:30                  Inspection I Load buses

11:30                             Depart PHS

 

12:15                             Arrive at Mesquite Memorial Stadium I Unload

12:15-12:40                  Move to Warm-up Area I Stretch

12:40-1:10                    Official Warm-up Time

1:10-1:30                      Leave warm-up area I proceed to stadium

1:30                               Performance

1:45-2:30                      Return to buses, drop off instruments, eat snack

 

2:30-3:00                      Travel to Stadium

3:00-4:30                      Rehearsal

4:30                               Return to Mesquite Memorial Stadium

 

5:15                               Return to stands for Announcement of Finalists

5:30                               Eat dinner

6:55                               Warm-ups for finals begin (MMB time TBD)

7:45                               Finals Performances begin (MMB time TBD)

9:45                               Finals Ceremony

10:00                             Load buses

11:00                             Approximate arrival time back at PHS

 

Students should eat a healthy breakfast before arriving at 9:00.

 

 

Our warm-up and performance times for the Finals portion of the competition will be determined by a random drawing after the 5:15

Announcement of Finalists.
